Black Armbands Wear a black armband that day to express your opposition to the war. Armbands are distributed at our vigils and films.
Bells Local churches will ring their bells for the beginning of the moratorium.

Boycott the State of War! Use less gas: carpool, walk, ride your bike, work from home. Eat locally. Talk to your friends and neighbors about ending the war and bringing the troops home. Organize teach-ins and speak-outs in schools.

United for Peace and Justice and many other
organizations are calling for actions on the third Friday of every month. The
Moratorium started September 21, 2007 and is planned to continue until the war
stops.
